Founded in 2019, by Jose Zefu Kimpalou, Kimpalou Consulting & Services LLC is a consulting firm located in the Washington DC metropolitan area. 

With over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Jose has built a dynamic career across start-ups and Fortune 100 organizations throughout EMEA and the U.S. His background spans product, project, and program management, where he has partnered with engineers, healthcare professionals, senior executives, and strategic partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive business and patient impact. Jose also specialized in technology management and enterprise solution delivery, leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead and support strategic initiatives.

Currently, Jose enables the integration of Generative AI technologies for one of the most prominent Life-Sciences Corporation, Johnson & Johnson — shaping next-generation capabilities that enhance efficiency, insight, and business value.

In addition to the above, Jose is a Food & Drugs Administration (FDA) US Agent and a Notary Public for the Commonwealth at Large - Virginia.
